Hosting SLA & Container Agreement

Operational Standards, Inactivity Lifecycle & 99.9% Uptime Commitment

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") governs the operational standards, container lifecycle policies, and backup guidelines for AcadSites containerized hosting.

1. Container Architecture & Execution Environment

AcadSites executes applications within isolated gVisor user-space sandboxed containers on cloud infrastructure. Static deployments are distributed to edge CDNs, while dynamic Next.js/Node.js runtimes scale down (min-instances = 0) when idle.

2. Hosting Lifecycle & Expiration Timeline

To maintain cost efficiency and platform stability, deployments follow an automated lifecycle based on subscription status:

Free Tier (7 Days)Trial Hosting DurationFree starter sites remain active for 7 days (168 hours) from deployment date. A countdown banner is displayed in the dashboard.

Paid PlansActive SubscriptionPremium & Unlimited plans remain live continuously for the entire duration of your active monthly or yearly billing cycle.

Grace Period (10 Days)Payment Grace & PurgeIf a paid subscription fails or is cancelled, a 10-day grace period is provided before the site is suspended and permanently purged.

3. Data Storage & Backup Policy

User Responsible For Off-Site Backups

AcadKits does not maintain automated disaster recovery backups for individual user databases or uploaded assets. Users are solely responsible for exporting and backing up their own web applications.

4. 99.9% Uptime Commitment

AcadKits targets a 99.9% monthly uptime percentage for primary container routers and CDN edge nodes. Maintenance windows will be posted in advance at status.acadkits.dev Coming Soon.
