This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the delivery terms, methods, and timelines for products and services purchased on the AcadKits platform (acadkits.dev), including downloadable academic project kits and AcadHacks hackathon registrations.

1. Digital Nature of Deliveries

All products, subscriptions, services, and event registrations sold on AcadKits are **strictly digital**. We do not ship physical parcels, printed materials, CD-ROMs, or hardware components to physical postal addresses. Consequently, there are no shipping charges, customs duties, or physical transit times associated with any purchases on our site.

2. Project Kits & Source Code Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment, the delivery of your purchased project kit is **instant and automatic**:

• You will be redirected back to the payment confirmation page which contains direct download links.
• A confirmation email containing download links and credentials will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your account.
• The files will remain permanently accessible for download inside your personal AcadKits Dashboard under the "Purchases" tab.

3. Hackathon Registration & Event Access

For AcadHacks registrations (Solo, Team, or Partner tickets), delivery is processed as follows:

• A receipt and registration confirmation will be displayed on screen and sent to your email immediately post-checkout.
• If you register as a team leader, your unique **Team Invite Code** is generated and delivered instantly on your dashboard so you can share it with teammates.
• Any associated subscription perks (e.g., AcadPass Max access) are provisioned and activated on your account instantly.
• Access to the hackathon workspace, submission portals, and guidelines will be made available via the dashboard leading up to the event start date.

4. Delivery Failures & Resolution

In rare cases where a network timeout or system delay prevents instant delivery (e.g., you do not receive the email or the dashboard doesn't update within 15 minutes of payment), please contact our support team immediately at support@acadkits.dev. Please provide your transaction details or Razorpay Payment ID, and we will manually verify your payment and grant access within 24 business hours.
