1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Identity Data

Email address, full name, phone number, and password hashes managed securely via Supabase Auth and Razorpay payment gateways.

1.2 Security Telemetry & System Logs

IP addresses, browser user-agents, deployment build logs, and resource metrics collected to enforce security, prevent DDoS attacks, and maintain gVisor container host stability.

AcadKits does not sell, rent, lease, or trade user personal data, application source code, or telemetry logs to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

3. Data Protection Standards & Sub-processors

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and database credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Infrastructure sub-processors include:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Container hosting, object storage, and cloud runtimes.
Cloudflare: Global CDN edge caching, WAF, and SSL termination.
Supabase / Neon DB: Relational database and user authentication.
Razorpay: Payment processing and subscription management.

4. DMCA & IP Infringement Takedown Procedure

If you believe content hosted on an AcadSites container infringes your copyright, submit a notice to contact@acadkits.dev including:

Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Target URL link(s) (https://[subdomain].acadsites.com/...) pointing to the infringing material.
Your contact information (Name, Email, Phone).
A statement of good faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Valid notices will be acted upon within 24–48 hours by disabling access to the reported deployment.

5. Law Enforcement & Data Disclosure Requests

AcadKits complies with lawful data requests issued by authorized Indian Law Enforcement Agencies under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules 2021. Requests must be sent to contact@acadkits.dev accompanied by valid statutory legal authorization.
