You are strictly prohibited from engaging in, attempting, or facilitating any of the following activities on our platform or hosted containers:

• Malware & Exploits: Hosting, deploying, or transmitting ransomware, rootkits, viruses, keyloggers, or trojans.
• Network Attacks: Launching or participating in Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, IP spoofing, or WebSocket flooding.
• Crypto Mining: Utilizing container compute resources, serverless functions, or shared workers for cryptocurrency mining.
• Phishing & Scams: Creating fake login pages, impersonating organizations, or harvesting user credentials without authorization.
• Bulk Email Spam: Operating open mail relays, sending unsolicited bulk emails, or executing automated mass messaging bots.
• Illegal Content: Hosting content that violates Indian Penal Code / IT Act 2000, CSAM, non-consensual personal data, or content inciting violence.
• Container Breakouts: Attempting to bypass gVisor sandboxing layer, gain unauthorized host kernel access, or probe hypervisor vulnerabilities.

4. Anti-Abuse & Immediate Suspension Rights

AcadKits reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any container, worker, process, or account without prior notice if our monitoring systems detect active malware execution, outbound DDoS attacks, crypto mining, or severe resource abuse threatening host stability.
