2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

• Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Monthly plans (AcadPass Lite Monthly at ₹199/mo or Max Monthly at ₹499/mo) are non-refundable once activated.
• Custom Domain Registrations: Top-level domain purchases (.com, .in, .dev) are non-refundable due to non-reversible registry fees.
• Consumed Third-Party API Credits: Used AI utility credits, custom rewrites, or marketplace asset downloads are non-refundable.
• Annual Plan Bonus Project Downloads: Claiming and downloading any bonus project source code kits from acadkits.dev/projects unlocks permanent, non-returnable digital intellectual property and waives the 14-day money-back guarantee for that annual subscription.
• Violations of Policy: Accounts suspended for Acceptable Use Policy violations (malware, DDoS, mining) forfeit all refund eligibility.
