Consumed Third-Party API Credits: Used AI utility credits, custom rewrites, or marketplace asset downloads are non-refundable.
Violations of Policy: Accounts suspended for Acceptable Use Policy violations (malware, DDoS, mining) forfeit all refund eligibility.
